What we collect

If you subscribe to the revision email, we collect your email address and the date you subscribed. That is the only personal data this site asks you for. There is no account, no login, no profile and no lead form, because this site does not collect enquiries and does not pass anything to clinics.

What we do with it

We use your email address to send you an email when this document is revised. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell it, rent it, share it, or pass it to a sponsor, a listing holder, a clinic, a manufacturer or any other third party, in any form, including in aggregate or hashed form.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it, or until the list is closed. Unsubscribing removes your address. If you would prefer explicit deletion confirmed in writing, ask and we will do it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and carries no advertising network, no programmatic advertising, no retargeting pixel and no social tracking pixel. There is no third party advertising technology on any page.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. That is the only third party request this site makes. If you would rather it did not, browser settings and extensions that block third party font loading will prevent it, and the site remains fully readable without them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data we hold about you, including the right to be told what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its processing. The Information Commissioner's Office explains these rights in plain language and is the body you can complain to if you are not satisfied with how we have responded.

To exercise any of those rights, write to privacy at polynucleotidestherapy.co.uk. We will respond within the statutory period and usually much sooner, because the amount of data involved is one email address.

Security

Subscriber addresses are stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider and are not exported to any third party marketing platform. The site is served over HTTPS.

Children

This site is not directed at people under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect data from them. The section on under eighteens and the law sets out the legal position on cosmetic injectables and minors in England, and the advertising rules that apply.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the change will be described in the revision email rather than made quietly. Published by Northbank Media.
